Listen up leaders of the band. I've been receiving lots and lots of feedback regarding how the band is being run and i'm here to tell you that its either you guys buck up and start solving things on your own, or risk facing your own dissemination. Your seniors are HIGHLY displeased with the attitudes of the committee now. We want a functioning committee that runs on drive and determination. One that is able to work together and one that is able to communicate. That means giving in to EACH OTHER. as much as i don't want to post this here, i feel certain degrees of public humiliation of the committee leaders is due here. You guys better start thinking of how to work together and not coming up with individual plans to suit your own individual needs. As leaders and team members, there is no I. It is completely based on giving in and compromising with each other. If you continue to allow yourselves to indulge selfishly in your own plans and refuse to compromise, your committee will become nothing but a lameduck committee. Not only that, it will become ineffective and unproductive. Your band has just begun to pick up the pace and progress. But it can only go THAT far unless leadership of the band is being brought up to standard. This falls short of what we expect as leaders from you and this is something that seniors all feel is lacking in your committee. Hate me for saying this but, if you do not work together to come up with proper plans and lists, the seniors WILL have something to say and we WILL make sure that something is done. This is not an empty threat but something that is existent and will be carried out should you seem to fail any further. We entrusted the band into your hands. You said that you will do your best to bring the band up. WE EXPECT NOTHING LESS THAN YOUR BEST.
